Why Work at Maricopa Air
We’re a Scottsdale company with 51+ years in the trade, working on both residential systems and commercial refrigeration. That mix means a technician here works on rooftop units, walk-in coolers, ice machines, and home AC systems, not the same call all day.
We hold our team to the same standard we hold our work:
- Integrity. We do honest work, keep our word, and treat every client and teammate with respect.
- Accountability. We show up on time and prepared, own our work, and see every job through without cutting corners on quality or safety.
- Solutions First. We meet problems with a plan and act on it.
- Continuous Improvement. We get better every day, on the job and at home: our skills, our process, our results.
- Reputation. Our name has stood in Maricopa County since 1975. Every interaction adds to it or takes from it.
