What to Expect on a Service Call
For scheduled HVAC service calls, we give you a two-hour arrival window and text when your technician is on the way.
Your technician will inspect the system, diagnose the problem, and explain what’s going on in plain language. You’ll get the issue, the price, and your options before any work starts.
We check the full system, including airflow, electrical connections, the condenser, evaporator, thermostat, and drain line. If the repair makes sense, we’ll say so. If replacement is the better call, we’ll show you why.

How often should I schedule HVAC service in Phoenix?
Twice a year is the standard: once in spring before peak heat, and once in fall before heating season. In Phoenix, the spring tune-up usually gives you the biggest return because your system works harder on cooling than in most markets.
What does a standard tune-up include?
A standard tune-up includes a full electrical inspection, capacitor and contactor testing, coil cleaning, drain line flushing, blower inspection, and a thermostat operation check. We also replace your filter and leave you with a written summary of what we tested and what we found.
Will regular service actually lower my electric bill?
It can. A clean, properly tuned system runs more efficiently, and problems like dirty coils, low refrigerant, or a clogged filter can force it to work harder. On neglected systems, we often see noticeable efficiency improvements after service.
When should I call for emergency service?

How do you decide between repair and replace?
