Scheduled maintenance visits on rooftop units, split units, and packaged systems. Coil cleans, electrical inspections, belt and bearing service, drain line treatment.

Commercial HVAC Inspection.

Pre-purchase due diligence, lease compliance, and code inspection. Detailed reports for property managers, brokers, tenants, and ownership teams. Useful before signing a lease, closing on a property, or accepting a tenant improvement turnover.

Tenant Improvement HVAC.

We install HVAC for tenant build-outs and work with your general contractor on the schedule and with your designer or engineer to make sure plans and unit measurements are correct on our end. Single point of contact through completion.

Why Maintenance Matters More Here

Commercial equipment in Phoenix runs in conditions few other US markets see. Rooftop units sit in direct sun on roofs that run far hotter than the air temperature, which pushes condensers harder than the forecast suggests. Triple-digit stretches that run May through September push duty cycles past what equipment was rated for. Monsoon dust loading clogs coils and filters faster than other markets.

Skipping maintenance on commercial equipment here usually just pushes the cost down the road. In our experience, units tend to give out on the busiest days, when they’re working hardest. Regular maintenance is the simplest way to avoid that.

Do you offer a maintenance plan or service agreement?

We set a maintenance cadence around your building and equipment. Call us to schedule a visit and we’ll build the schedule with you.

Can you handle multiple properties or locations?

Yes. We work with property managers and multi-location businesses across Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Maricopa County.

What equipment do you service?

Rooftop units, split units, mini-splits, VRF systems, and commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-ins, reach-ins, bar coolers, ice machines, prep tables, and chillers. If it’s commercial cooling or refrigeration equipment and it runs in Phoenix, we work on it.

Do you do HVAC design or commissioning on new commercial installs?

We install and coordinate with your GC and designer on tenant improvement projects, but we don’t provide HVAC design or third-party commissioning services.

Do you work around restaurant service hours?

Yes. Restaurants and breweries have been part of our commercial work for decades, including OHSO Brewery’s locations, so maintenance gets scheduled before open or after close, and emergency calls get worked around the line.

Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?

Arizona ROC #366113. Bonded and insured. We dispatch EPA 608 certified technicians on every refrigerant call.

Should I repair or replace my commercial HVAC unit?

If it’s working, don’t replace it. But if there’s a leak and the unit is underperforming, it may be time to replace it. We’ll walk through the numbers with you on site.
